2015 AGM of the Ballarat Greyhound Racing Club
Please be advised that the 2015 AGM of the Ballarat Greyhound Racing Club has been postponed until Thursday December 10th, 2015 at 7:30pm.
The updated AGM Agenda is as follows (new items in bold):

3. Minutes of Previous AGM
4. President’s Report
5. Receipt of financial statements for 2014-2015
6. Confirmation of Auditors for 2015-2016
7. GRV presentation re Ballarat Greyhound Racing Club
8. Special Resolutions put forward by member, Hayden Gilders
9. Resolutions put forward by member, Hayden Gilders
10. Election of Committee Members
11. Set annual subscriptions and joining fee for 2016
12. General Business
13. Close meeting
Correspondence in relation to the postponed AGM, which includes further details in relation to items 8 and 9 on the updated AGM Agenda, will be sent to all financial members and life members of the Club this week, along with a postal voting ballot form for the election of new committee members.
I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however advice from our club lawyers and auditors indicate that this change is necessary to ensure that the resolutions raised by Mr Gilders can be addressed in line with the Club’s constitution and the Act.
