As you will recall, we recently advised the date of the upcoming Ballarat Greyhound Racing Club 2020 Annual General Meeting (Thursday 1st October) and requested that any Nominations for Committee positions be submitted with a CV to the Secretary by midday Friday 21st August.
I can now confirm that 5 nominations were received for the 5 vacant positions, being:
- Paul Armstrong
- Craig Fletcher
- Greg Davies
- Anita Godfrey
- Sheldon Hamilton (as Racing Advisory Committee representative)
Further, I can confirm that no notice in writing of special business has been received in accordance with the Club’s Rules (ie received at least 28 days prior to the AGM)
As no notice has been received requesting any special business, the final Agenda for the Ballarat GRC Annual General Meeting to be held Thursday 1st October at 7.00pm at the Ballarat GRC is now attached:
