Please be advised that the 2017 AGM of the Ballarat Greyhound Racing Club will be held on Thursday 30^th November 2017 at 7:30pm.

The AGM Agenda is as follows:

1. Open meeting
2. Apologies
3. Minutes of Previous AGM
4. President’s Report
5. Receipt of financial statements for 2016-2017
6. Confirmation of Auditors for 2017-2018
7. Election of Committee Members
8. Set annual subscriptions and joining fee for 2018
   1. General Business
   2. Close meeting

Committee nomination forms will be mailed to all financial members and life members.

Items of General Business must be provided to the Secretary by midday on 2^nd November 2017.
