Please be advised that the 2016 AGM of the Ballarat Greyhound Racing Club will be held on Thursday 24th November 2016 at 7:30pm.
The AGM Agenda is as follows:
- Open meeting
- Apologies
- Minutes of Previous AGM
- President’s Report
- Receipt of financial statements for 2015-2016
- Confirmation of Auditors for 2016-2017
- Election of Committee Members
- Set annual subscriptions and joining fee for 2017
- General Business
- Close meeting
Committee nomination forms will be mailed to all financial members and life members.
Items of General Business must be provided to the Secretary by midday on 2nd November 2016.
